2. Processing of Personal Data when You Use the App

Your IP address is considered personal data. The only time we process this personal data is when the app checks and downloads the latest satellite list from our servers, we only collect technically necessary data in so-called 'server log files' to serve the satellite list file to the app:

  • IP address
  • Operating system
  • Browser version
  • Amount of data sent in bytes
  • Data and time of request
  • The requested file

The server log files are deleted every 24 hours.

3. Processing of Personal Information when You Contact Us

When you contact us by e-mail, we collect the information that you give us to resolve your query and reply to you. This includes the e-mail header and email body information.

Your data will be deleted after your inquiry has been resolved, provided there are no other legal obligations to store the data.

4. International Transfers

Our servers are hosted by Liquid Web, LLC, 2703 Ena Drive, Lansing, MI 48917, USA. Liquid Web LLC., with its data centers in the United States, is certified for the US-European data protection agreement "Privacy Shield", which guarantees compliance with the data protection level applicable in the EU.
